Our office offers personalized career coaching tailored to each faculty member’s unique goals, whether preparing for promotion and tenure or exploring broader career aspirations. Faculty are supported throughout their journey with flexible, comprehensive guidance—meeting them where they are and at a pace that fits their needs.
Our formal faculty mentoring program offers strategically designed, flexible mentor panels tailored to each faculty member’s evolving career goals. Customized to support faculty from early career to senior ranks, these mentee-driven panels provide comprehensive guidance that adapts over time to meet changing needs.
