Personal Statement:

My passion for periodontics stems from a young age. My parents have both suffered from periodontal disease for decades. I have been waiting a long time for a chance to help patients combat periodontal disease. I fell in-love with periodontics, even before dentistry. I am so grateful to IU and the Roudebush VA for giving me this opportunity to be trained as a periodontist. I look forward to working with all the staff, faculty, and patients at the two institutions.
