A wide range of dental treatments and oral healthcare services for adults and children is available at the dental school.  Students who are in training to become dentists or other types of dental professionals provide patient care.  Indiana University's outstanding dental faculty closely supervises students. Pediatric Dentistry - Children from birth to 14 years of age are treated in the pediatric dentistry clinic, which is designed exclusively for children.  (317) 274.8111 -Appointment to become a patient (children)

Orthodontics - Each year the dental school accepts a limited number of patients for orthodontic treatment (i.e., placement of braces and other treatments related to the proper positioning of teeth).  These patients are seen in the orthodontic clinic.  (317) 274.8573 - Orthodontic Clinic

Patients with Disabilities - If you have a disability and need an accommodation in order to be seen as a patient at the School of Dentistry, we will try to provide it.  Please call Patient Admitting (317.274.7433) toi nform the staff of your needs at least 72 hours before your first dental school appointment.

Location - The dental school is located at 1121 West Michigan Street on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus,which is just a few blocks west of downtown.  The building is on the left-hand side of the street, and the patient parking lot is on the East Side of the school (click here for Campus Map) (click here for MapQuest).  The Metro bus system serves the IUPUI campus.

Hours - The school is open Monday through Friday.  Clinic hours are 9:00 am to noon and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.  The School's Graduate Clinics may have slightly different schedules.  Please contact them directly for Clinic hours.

Plentiful Free Patient Parking - The east-side door of the dental school is a just a few steps away from a spacious parking lot. As a courtesy to our patients, free parking is available in this lot, through the use of your patient parking permit that you'll receive prior to your first visit to the school. The IUPUI campus also has a convenient (and free) "Jump StartService" if your car battery runs down while you're parked in this lot.  Call 274.7233.
